Non-Refundable Situations

How to Submit a Return Request

Contact Us: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide Information: Include your order number, product name, and a detailed description of the issue.

Send Proof: Submit clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or issue.

Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Product Return Procedure

Pre-Approval Required: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible.

Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved and the product is received, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method. This period may vary depending on your bank.

Shipping and Responsibility

A tracking number will be provided after the item is shipped.

If the tracking system shows that the product has been delivered, it is considered delivered.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments.
